Hi Cosplay,i see you use my theme Thanks,use the good theme for this and you see the whole background,I help you...;)
1 first click customize Site..select custom css and save the code in noteblock,
2 click customze site and select choose a theme,click on custom colors,see the picture important select theme to customize!!!!
after that...put back the code and save;)
